VS Kadian

Advocate Virender Singh Kadian who is an Air Force Veteran has been practicing and handling cases independently before the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and the Delhi High Court and has many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

Advocate Kadian specializes in matters related to Armed Forces, Labour Laws, Drafting and vetting of various agreements and legal documents. Owing to his specialisation in Armed Forces matters and law related to Army, Navy, Air Force, he has been appointed as Non Official Member of Rajya Sainik Board, Govt. of NCT of Delhi by the Delhi Government to look after the welfare and to guide serving and ex-servicemen regarding the various schemes of the Govt.

Advocate  Kadian is also appointed as the Counsel for New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and Treasurer of Governing Body of Moti Lal Nehru College (Morning/Evening) under University of Delhi.

Shri. Kadian is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Delhi High Court, Armed Forces Tribunal and Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Bar Associations.
