Rabin Majumder

Rabin Majumder served in the Indian Air Force in the maintenance wing and is familiar with maintenance processes on different types of aircraft. He has done his LL.B from Faculty of Law, Delhi University and M.Phil in International Legal Studies from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has been practicing law since 2002 and is an Advocate on Record of Supreme Court of India.

Rabin Majumder has represented clients both private and Corporate before appellate courts and almost all Tribunals in Delhi NCR. He specializes in medico-legal and medical negligence cases. While his practice areas pan across Aviation Laws, Consumer Laws, Competition Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Money Laundering matters, CBI Cases, Forest and Land Laws.
